Meet Coach Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn has been a registered nurse since 2013. She has worked in the home care setting as well as long-term care and has traveled the world serving as a nurse in Haiti, Dominican Republic, Nepal, Honduras, and the Navajo Nation.

Becoming a board certified nurse coach in 2025 she now serves Pennsylvania residents who are motivated to make change to improve their overall health and wellness. We live in a world where our doctor appointments last less than fifteen minutes and we do not always feel heard. Coach Kaitlyn is dedicated to holding a safe space for her clients where they can truly feel seen and heard as they share their concerns. Whether it is exercise, diet, a new diagnosis, or transitioning into a new season of life, Kaitlyn is there to listen to and support you as you make sustainable, lasting changes.

What is Nurse Coaching?

Nurse coaching is a client-centered approach that is collaborative. The Nurse Health Coach does not tell clients what to do, but rather creates a supportive space where clients can explore what matters most to their health, identify any barriers that could get in the way, rediscover strengths, and develop attainable goals that grow and change with success. Nurse Coaches have a unique skill set that uses clinical expertise with holistic practices that combined bring about lasting change.

What does a coaching session look like?

Each session is unique because we focus on what you as the client needs in that particular session. Overall a typical coaching session lasts about forty-five minuets and will start by reviewing what was discussed at our last meeting and review how your goals have either been met or may need to be adjusted. We often incorporate an awareness practice to help relax and focus the mind for our session. We focus on whatever is important to you that day and keep a fun and positive environment. This is a safe space to talk all things health and wellness and discover your best self!
